About Me
About Me
At some point in all of our lives, we will sit back and think, “How did I get here?" “I want to do something different but I don’t know where to start.” Or “I am worth more than this.”
This is where coaching will play a vital part in supporting you to take your first steps and unlock the potential you almost certainly have but may not realise it yet.
My name is Zoe, and I am a Life Coach and Neurodiversity Business Advisor.
I have been working with people across many professional sectors and with varying personal circumstances.
I work with clients on a 1:1 basis and run workshops based around Life Coaching as well as providing Neurodiversity training.
For 14 years, I worked as a Lead Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator, SENDCo, supporting incredible young people with SEND and supervising a large, amazing team, which I loved.
I hold a Management and Leadership Degree as well as being a Mental Health First Aider.
I am passionate about raising awareness of Neurodiversity as well as supporting individuals and groups to achieve their goals and dreams.
I have seen colleagues I’ve worked with change direction in their career, walk into a coffee shop on their own for the first time and order a drink, as well as leaving the house to socialise with a friend.
All of this was made possible by following their recommended coaching journey.
I am experienced in working with people who are neurodiverse and can tailor the sessions to your individual needs ensuring you feel at ease.
We can have a chat about what would work well for you during your free initial telephone consultation.
One of the most satisfying situations for me is seeing a client achieve their goals and being able to celebrate their success.
